I run an independent music marketing and business consultancy based in London called DOMINO EFFECT. The company specialises in various aspects of artist and business development for music-related projects. Our professional services include; Market Research, Promotion, PR / Publicity, Strategic Marketing, Image Consultancy, Artworking (inc. design, illustration & photography), Multimedia Production, A&R Consultancy, Audience Development, Licensing and Business Consultancy.
I am currently managing a new mainstream pop music / recording project and I am looking to get in contact with new music producers who are slightly below the "industry" radar. In other words, I am looking to work with up-and-coming producers who are interested in being involved in exciting, fresh and innovative contemporary music projects.
I have printed information below on a pop music project that we are currently putting together. In fact, it is the actual copy for a talent search that we are undertaking for this project as we speak. This particular music talent search / casting call has been posted and circulated through various popular music and entertainment talent mediums. These include; The Stage, Star Now, UK Music-Jobs.com, New Musical Express (NME) and DJ Magazine, amongst various other industry publications, talent agencies and music education institutes. We have tried our very best to leave no stone unturned in our quest to discover the best new talent the UK has to offer.

FEMALE POP ACT
Female vocalist wanted to front a new mainstream pop recording project.
We are looking for a very talented young female vocalist between 18 and 25 years of age with the ability to front a new quirky mainstream pop recording project.
The artist will need to be highly organised, efficient and possess the ability to multi-task. They must also be enthusiastic and have lots of initiative. The most suitable artist for the project will have a flexible but professional work ethic, as they will be required to work (practice and perform) independently and as part of a team in different environments (i.e. in the studio and live on stage).
Strong interpersonal skills are also a prerequisite, as the artist will be responsible for communicating with different media organisations at all levels throughout the promotion and touring of the recording project. Previous experience of recording and live performance is highly desirable, but not essential.
The songwriting and production values of this recording project sit somewhere between Katy Perry's provocative hit record 'I Kissed A Girl' and the melancholy ballads of Britney Spears' 'Everytime' and Linda Perry's heartfelt classic 'Beautiful' (performed by Christina Aguilera). We are looking for an artist that would like to be nurtured and developed in a management and production deal with our company, and become the front woman of a credible pop recording project that aims to have widespread commercial / crossover appeal.
This project is the ideal opportunity for an aspiring recording / performing artist and music industry professional with an open mind and ultimately - a willingness to learn and develop new skills.

I've been doing string and horn arrangements under the watchful eye of David Campbell as his apprentice and now on my own.
